Return
Eligibility
We are proud to offer returns on all our eligible products. When checking out
your shopping cart it will tell you what condition your product is in, and it
will also be on your receipt and/or invoice. To verify if your item qualifies
for a return, it should match all of the below:
I. Product should be in the same condition as shipped. We verify and record all pulling and packing. Any item that presents a worsened quality as shipped will be automatically voided from any previous return eligibility. Returns must contain all original packaging, accessories, cables, parts, documentation or other items which were originally shipped from Automation Recovery.
II. Product should be the exact physical product as shipped. We will not accept a product that was not purchased from Automation Recovery as a returning item. Any attempts to do so will be denied and may be subject to legal action.
III. Product should be purchased within 30 days of the return request.
IV. If product is damaged and has signs of damage due to shipping and handling, PLEASE CONTACT US immediately. This will require a shipping claim and will need to be handled with the shipping provider. In cases of shipping damage, the original shipping box, label, packing material, and product must be retained.

Non-Defective Returns
I. If an item is returned for a reason other than defect or an inaccurate listing the item is subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price, if the item is returned in the original condition. Additional fees may apply for items returned in a different condition.
II. Shipping of returns for reasons other than defect or inaccurate listing is at the responsibility of the buyer. You must contact Automation recovery for an RMA in order

for a return to be processed.

Return Payment Refunds
I. Once the return is received your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.

If the item is not in the same condition, does
not contain all original items that shipped with it, does not match any serial
numbers of the item originally shipped or is otherwise deemed unacceptable in
accordance with this policy, no refund will be provided. The item will be
returned to you only when a carrier account is provided.
Cancellation Policy

Cancelled Orders
I. Once an order is paid for, any cancellations will have a 4% cancellation fee for credit card and PayPal payments.
II.
Customer must respond to lead time email
notification from our sales team within five (5) business days, unless a
quote was giving with current lead time before placing your order. Non-response
to this email will result in order cancellation, and the cancellation fee will
apply.
5.
Typographical Errors
I.
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed
at an incorrect price, Automation Recovery reserves the right to refuse or
cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
Automation Recovery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders
whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If
your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is
cancelled, Automation Recovery shall issue a credit to your credit card account
in the amount of the incorrect price, no cancellation fee will apply.
