Although not absolutely necessary, we ask that you include a detailed description of the problem and any items that may aid us in a speedy repair, such as: keypads, manuals, schematics, software, etc.
We are constantly expanding our test and repair capabilities on a daily basis. If you do not see your equipment listed, call us and we will adjust to meet your needs!
Your equipment will be repaired in an ESD safe environment and shipped in ESD protective packaging.
